About the Role
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial
statements for our SME clients across various industries. You will ensure all financial data
is properly recorded and organized for reporting and compliance purposes.
This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the
ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial
transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts
receivable
- Perform bank and credit card
reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
and reports
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Monitor cash flow and account balances
- Assist with month-end and
year-end closing procedures
- Organize and maintain financial
documentation
- Support
external audit processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency
in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
including formulas and pivot tables

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
