About the Role
Provide strategic financial planning, business valuation, and advisory services to help
clients achieve their financial goals and optimize business performance. You will work with
management teams to deliver insights that drive growth and value creation.
This role requires strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and the ability to
communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial
strategies and business plans
- Conduct business valuations and
financial modeling
- Provide M&A advisory
and transaction support
- Perform investment analysis and due
diligence

- Prepare financial projections and forecasts
- Advise on capital structure
optimization
- Support corporate restructuring initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations
to senior management
Requirements
- CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional
certification
- Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 4 years of financial
advisory experience
- Strong financial modeling and
valuation skills
- Experience with M&A transactions
(preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities
- Strong client management and
presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and
financial software
